RETURNS
To return a Product, you can use the returns information provided in this document. We will provide you with the address to return it either direct to the Supplier, or, to us as may be the case, when you email us to:
When you post it back, please ensure:
- the item(s) are packed up properly and can’t get damaged on the way. Returned products are your responsibility until they reach the Supplier at the address we disclose to you; and,
- any outbound delivery labels are removed or covered: and,
- the returns form is completed with your order number marked clearly and the returns form is placed inside the parcel alongside your returns.
All goods must be returned back to us undamaged as you received them with all the original product packaging and tags attached, within 28 days of receipt.
If we choose to collect the Product from you under certain circumstances, we will schedule that with you.
Anything delivered in its original branded box with dust bags must be placed in an outer protective box for being returned.
You have 28 days from receiving your original order to return products to us. All returned items must comply with our returns policy:
All items must be returned new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unsoiled and in a resalable condition with all tags intact and original branded boxes. Returns of earrings of any kind are not accepted due to hygiene reasons. Returns which do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.
We strongly advise that you check all products thoroughly on receipt before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.

REFUNDS
Once the products have been returned, they will be inspected, including any original packaging and labels, to ensure they comply with our returns policy. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for your bank to credit your account.
DEDUCTIONS
The price you are refunded may be reduced to reflect any reduction in the value of the products if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop, for example, you have torn, spoiled or damaged the product.
Any shipping fees incurred when you ordered the products are non-refundable.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, you can return it to us for a refund. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. As soon as you notice the fault, please contact us by emailing info@vigourandskills.com informing us of your original order number and the nature of the fault. A member of our customer service team will be in touch to discuss the next steps. Where possible, we will arrange for a repair of the product or a replacement item to be sent to you or organise a return collection and issue a full refund for the defective item.
CUSTOM, BESPOKE OR PERSONALISED ORDERS
Any custom or bespoke items made by a Supplier to a Customer’s specification (or duplicates) made at Customer’s request are not covered by the Distance Selling Regulations and returns cannot be made, nor refunds given. This includes personalised items. In the event Supplier has not yet purchased materials to do the job or started work on your order, a refund of a certain % may be possible – you must contact us as soon as possible to check on this status.
