DELIVERY FEES & PROCEDURES
Where applicable, the costs of delivery will be as displayed to you on our V&S Marketplace Platform and will differ depending on whether it is for a UK, EU or International delivery destination.
The price of a product does not include delivery fees. Supplier’s delivery fees are as advised to you during the check-out process before you confirm your order. The costs will vary depending on the products ordered, the Supplier you have ordered from and your delivery address (and may even be free of charge for UK deliveries). Where delivery fees are payable, you will be charged one delivery fee per Supplier.
Please note that it is not possible to deliver to PO boxes. All postal codes and deliveries require a residential or commercial address. Supplier is required to mark packages sent overseas according to international postage codes.
ORDER TRACKING
After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledging your order. If there are any issues processing your order, we will contact you for more details. We will contact you again to confirm whether your order has been accepted and if it is accepted, when it has been dispatched. This will be your Dispatch Confirmation.
As the Suppliers will directly ship products from their premises to you, if you purchase different or multiple products from different Suppliers in the same order, then you will receive separate deliveries from each Supplier.
If you have not received your products 2+ days after the expected delivery date, please let us know by emailing us directly at info@vigourandskills.com with details of your purchase, order number and tracking number and we’ll be happy to help.
OTHER COSTS & CHARGES
If ordering from within the UK, all charges covering taxes and duties specific to your shipping destination are included in the prices that are shown on all product pages and in the total when placing your order. No additional taxes and duties will be charged at check-out.
If ordering from outside the UK, you may have to pay customs or import duties (which we are not responsible for).
Please take care when entering your address and details when placing your order. If you notice that you have made a mistake in your address after placing your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible by emailing info@vigourandskills.com. We will always try our very best to resolve any address issues but if your order has already been shipped, then we may not always be able to help update your details.
If you are not at home when a product is delivered, information will be left for you on how to rearrange delivery or on how collect the products. If you do not rearrange delivery or collect the products from a delivery depot or service point, we will contact you for further instructions and we may charge you for storage costs and any further delivery costs. Details on the return can be found in the Returns & Refunds Procedures.
If you are exercising your right to change your mind only, you are responsible for paying the costs of return.
If the product is being returned because it is faulty or misdescribed, the maximum refund for delivery fees will be the costs of delivery by the least expensive standard delivery method offered (where a range of delivery options have been offered).
LAST DATES FOR CHRISTMAS DELIVERY
If you are a UK customer, shop until midnight 18th December to receive your order in time for Christmas. If you are an international customer, you have until midnight 12th December to ensure any gifts you purchase arrive safely before the 25th.
We will always try our very best to get your order to you as quickly as possible – but for any orders placed between the 24th December and the 2nd of January, please allow for longer delivery times. This is due to both the Suppliers and their courier services being closed over the Christmas and New Year period.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE
Delivery times vary by country and also by the location of the shipping Supplier. From confirming that your order has been accepted, shipments that originate from the UK are likely to take on average of:
- 2 – 3 business days for UK and the rest of Europe; and,
- up to 10 business days for international countries.
The number of days is based on the size and content of the order and also the origin and destination. We will always contact you by email or SMS with an estimated delivery date. All estimated delivery dates will be within 30 days after the day on which your order was confirmed as accepted.
