Made by hand and hand stitched with waxed linen threads for durability.

It has two simple straps, so you can wear it on your shoulder or your arm, there is a closure to keep your bits safe.

To fit a 13” laptop, journal diary, your newest read or kindle, wallet, phone, keys and a few extra daily essentials.

The leather is from the last remaining oak bark tannery in the UK, located a few miles from my doorstep in Devon.

From the moment you open your bag, you and it start to age together. Every day your bag will develop its own unique patina, and every time it gets scratched or nicked, it’ll get better and better. Because no two hides are ever the same, each bag will be different from the next and colour changes vary from hide to hide.

    Using traditional tools and techniques from days of old saddlery craft, Katy works hard to design and craft items that are simple and traditional, robust yet practical. Inspired by the old ways of crafters, and the want to move away from a mass produced, throwaway society. Katy believes that the answer to a more sustainable future is to minimise short lived and replaceable items and instead make long lasting and repairable goods, using locally sourced materials.
