Trained as a civil engineer, I have spent many years navigating through different art forms, before finding the media that fully satisfies my need to combine functionality with creativity: clay. My preference goes to organic shapes, natural colours, and tactile textures. I work mainly on the potter’s wheel with stoneware clays, fired in an electric kiln, often incorporating wood-ashes and wild clays in my makes. Each of my piece reflects traces of spontaneity, imperfection, and quiet craftsmanship, celebrating the beauty of impermanence and inviting moments of connection and contemplation.
