  1. Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment. An email confirmation will be sent to the provided email address.
  1. Payment Policy: Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. We accept payment by card (credit/debit), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your booking.
  1. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the workshop will receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 14 days and 48 hours prior to the workshop will receive a partial refund of 50%. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the workshop are nonrefundable.   1. Event Changes: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified as soon as possible, and alternative arrangements will be offered.
  1. Participant Responsibility: Participants are responsible for ensuring they arrive on time for the workshop. Latecomers may not be admitted once the session has started. Please notify us in advance if you anticipate any delays.
  1. Health and Safety: Participants are required to adhere to any health and safety guidelines provided by the venue and workshop facilitators.
  1. Liability: While all reasonable precautions will be taken to ensure your safety during the workshop, participants attend at their own risk. We cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the event.
  1. Photography and Filming: By attending the workshop, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. Please inform a member of staff if you prefer not to be included in any promotional material.
  1. Personal Belongings: Please take care of your personal belongings during the event. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
  1. Feedback: We value your feedback and may contact you after the event to gather your thoughts and suggestions for improvement.
  1. Accessibility: If you have any specific accessibility needs, please inform us at the time of booking so we can accommodate you appropriately.
  1. Behaviour: Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards others and follow the instructions of the workshop facilitators. We reserve the right to ask any participant to leave the workshop if they are disruptive or behave inappropriately.
  1. Materials Provided: All necessary materials for the workshop will be provided unless otherwise stated. If participants need to bring any additional materials, this will be clearly communicated in advance.
  1. Intellectual Property: Any materials provided during the workshop are for personal use only and should not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
  1. Craft Process Disclaimer: Please note that due to the nature of handmade processes, especially in ceramics and similar crafts, there is always a possibility of unexpected outcomes (e.g. cracking during kiln firing or imperfections during drying/setting). While every care is taken to guide you through the process and handle your work responsibly, Vigour and Skills cannot guarantee the final outcome of your piece and cannot be held liable for any damage or faults resulting from these natural variations. By taking part in the workshop, you acknowledge and accept this as part of the making experience.
