    Inspiration and Techniques

    Inspired by the textures and colours of the coast, landscapes and nature, Saskia’s work explores the delicate and translucent qualities of bone china.
    Each piece is slip cast to emphasise the transparency that occurs naturally, whilst experimenting with mark making, layering and carving.
