Elm Charcuterie Board

Thick elm boards like this are hard to come by and I found this in an old woodworker’s yard – it’s probably been sat there for 40 years.  Elm is a relatively soft wood so this item is best for displaying and serving cheese and meat rather than as a full time chopping board.  It is 26cm x 40cm.  I could make a second matching one with the remaining bit of board.
