Leather Belt Making Workshop
£85.00
Saturday 13th June
Spend a morning learning the fundamentals of leather working and make your own leather belt to take home, guided by leather maker Rosanna Clare.
In this hands-on workshop, Rosanna will take you through each stage of the process, from measuring and marking your belt to hole punching, saddle stitching and edge finishing. You’ll work with quality leather and learn techniques that will give your belt a clean, durable finish.
You’ll be able to choose from a selection of leather colours, buckle finishes and thread colours, and at the end of the session you’ll have the option to emboss your initials for a personal touch. The workshop is relaxed and welcoming, with plenty of guidance throughout, making it ideal if you’re new to leathercraft.
By the end of the session, you’ll leave with a finished leather belt and a good understanding of the core skills used in traditional leather working.
