Caroline Dickinson is a London based abstract artist who works across a variety of disciplines from textiles to ceramics. As a lover of warm sunny climates, Caroline takes inspiration from favourite childhood beaches and nostalgic summer moments, and through abstract forms and layered colours, aims to create pieces that let people escape, and to ignite their own memories and nostalgic emotions. She works in a layered abstract approach using various techniques to explore how shapes, forms and brushstrokes create depth and movement within each piece. Her hand made/hand painted approach creates unique and perfectly imperfect pieces.
