Every step of creating this exquisite trinket box is a testament to craftsmanship. The wood stabilization process begins with placing the Oak burl in a vacuum chamber filled with resin, creating a bond that ensures durability. After curing in an oven, the wood gains a glossy finish.
The resin, mixed in vibrant colors, is poured into molds with unique burl wood pieces. Pressurization eliminates bubbles, and the resin hardens. The final touch involves turning the hardened mold on a wood lathe to craft the stunning 150mm tall, 85mm round trinket box.
