Violaine Verry
Originally an art director and graphic designer by trade, East London based Violaine started working with clay in 2018 as an alternative to 20+ years of intense pixel staring. Her style is inspired by aesthetics found in undecorated and honest rustic French pottery, as well as minimalistic contemporary design and architecture. Whilst she is by nature a precise craftsperson, Violaine finds that creating ceramics encourages her to embrace a more wabi sabi approach to her work – and life.
